- Was born the first of three children in the Sinclair family. His mother was a house wife and his father was a clerk at a sports shop. The weren't a big income family, so they had to stretch what they had.
- He normally went with his father to work. He picked up his first skateboard there and usually fiddled around the shop until his father snuck a mini-ramp into the back room for him to practice on. He would do this every day after school. It was the only thing he really lived to do.
- With all of the practice he had, he expanded from mini ramp to courses and skate parks in Las Vegas where he self-taught himself all of his tricks of the trade. A talent scout found him shredding one day and got him sponsored as soon as possible.
- He soon found himself in a lot of contests and show cases. He was hyped incredibly and seemed to meet the challenge. Due to his startling young age, he became quite famous for this. His name became a household one. Endorsements came pouring in. He was as famous, if not MORE famous and revered for his skating than legend Shawn Webster. He was a child prodigy and was considered that.
- Due to the huge expectancy of his skating career, he didn't have much of a childhood. He was home schooled, never went to a school dance or any social function. He never even got to experience prom or graduation. He did graduate through home schooling, but it wasn't a big hoo-hah like most graduations. He didn't even get to go out and play like a regular kid did. He kept working for his passion, which was skating.
- During the off season in skating, he took up snowboarding. Which became his secondary passion. Little did he know his experience in skateboarding would help out his skill in snowboarding. He was quickly endorsed by Burton Snowboards and started a field profession in snowboarding in the winter time. His skills managed to get him sent to the Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy.
- He's managed to round up gold medals from his wins at the Olympics and is now competing at the Vancouver, British Columbia 2010 Winter Olympics for Team USA.
- During his time in Torino, Italy, representing Team USA, he met his best friend Danika Kennedy who was on the female part of Team USA. The two have been best friends ever since then and are almost attached at the hip sometimes.
- His endorsements include everything from t-shirts, to sunglasses. Skateboards to snowboards. He even has his own video game for the Wii that simulates snow boarding.
- He's also competed in the X-Games, as well as many other competitions and tours for skateboarding and snowboarding.
- He's got a goofy, laid back sense of humor. He doesn't take life too seriously unless it has to be taken seriously. He thinks if you can't have fun with life, it isn't much of a life at all and he lives by that credo.
- He's best known for his trademark "ginger" look, having natural red hair. He's often been called, "The Flying Tomato."
- He doesn't have a lot of other interests past what he knew growing up, which was snowboarding and skateboarding. He's always on the go, doesn't stop for anything. His parents are quite proud of him, and they wouldn't change a thing. A lot of his income goes to support his family, by choice of his own since they did so much for him.
- While his family still lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, he moved out to West Chester, Pennsylvania when he heard Danika was moving out there. He really wouldn't do anything without her anymore.
